The CIL Charging Schedule should be read alongside our Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document, which provides guidance on how CIL will work alongside Section 106 and Section 278 agreements.

The Council has reviewed the Vale CIL Charging Schedule and Developer Contributions SPD. Both have now been adopted, published, and brought into use from 1 November 2021.
