Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) 2017
We undertook a call for sites in 2016 to help develop evidence to support Local Plan 2031 Part 2. As part of this, we produced a Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) which sets out an audit of land within the district which may have been available for housing or economic development. It contains the sites which were submitted through the previous call for sites and through the Local Plan Part 2 process. The document and appendices (which lists the sites) can be found below.
