Crab Hill, Wantage

This site has space allocated for 1,500 homes, including new employment space, neighbourhood centre / community hub, new primary school, central park, ancillary areas. This development includes a minimum of approximately 32 per cent affordable housing.

So far, we have granted outline permission for the site, as well as permission for several reserved matters applications for infrastructure; including internal roads, car parking, landscaping of open spaces and the civic square; public open space; and housing.

350 dwellings have been occupied on-site as of 1 May 2022
